[epub] Re: What is your Holiday Ezine Delivery schedule?
Hey Chris.

My publishing schedule for The MicroEnterprise Journal may be of interest here because it is a possibility that you didn't cover in what you wrote so far.

I'm a content product but I don't use the ad-based periodical business model, I use the newsletter business model -- paid subscriptions and almost no advertising.

That said, testing in previous years convinced me that my readership goes way down during the last two weeks of the year which, as you say, makes sense for a B2B publication.

Ordinarily, the MEJ is published on Mondays but I don't publish a regular issue during the last two weeks of the year. I do publish an annual year-end legislative report at that time, which is a follow up on earlier articles. I usually start researching that around now.

I find this schedule works for me, for my readers, and for my sources. And yes, you have my permission to publish these comments.
