[epub] Re: What is your Holiday Ezine Delivery schedule?
I have never canceled my ezine publications due to the holidays. Actually
the only holiday I really considered this was the anniversary of 9/11 but
even then I went ahead. I in fact did not suspend publication during the
original event either.

The only reason I might consider cancelling issues would have been for my
own convenience so that (in my book) didn't make it a good enough reason.

I think it is more important to continue as expected. My theory is that the
folks who are too busy for email may have time to catch up later and there
is also a fairly large segment of the population that for whatever reason
would prefer that the holidays not upset the status quo.

I would rather be known to my subscribers and advertisers as very regular
and dependable. Essentially, I think if you say you are going to deliver
your ezine/newsletter every Sunday then you should do just that. That is
part of the contract you made with your audience so stick to it.

And I agree with everything you said in your article <g>.
