I use sendfree.com and I like it because it's low cost and
reliable.  It also allows me to import leads I have purchased
and email these leads to invite them to subscribe to my ezine.
The leads will only be subscribed when they personally do so
after reading my invitations.

It also has an autoresponder system and an ad exchange for
you to exchange ads with other list owners.
