Two ways to get links:

1) Buy them from a 3rd party.
2) Build them yourself by building multiple niche sites.

One word of caution: If you end up BUYING THEM, be sure to not buy from 
link farms or sites that are banned by Google. A bazillion links back to 
your site from a site that is banned by Google can hurt you more than help 
you. One way to find out if the site is banned by Google is to search for 
the site in quotes from Google. Ex: "your-company-name.com" and see if it 
returns as indexed or missing from the Google database.

You can buy links from a 3rd party broker or you can find folks like myself 
who offer sponsored text links for sale: http://www.tile.net/advertising/
