[epub] Re: what's the policy?

Each time I send a message out to this list I get 8 or so of those "I'm

What's the policy of this list?

How do others handle this?

I will remove list members who turn on vacation autoresponders, but won't remove list members who deploy challenge/response mechanisms (annoying as they are).

Your message is a good reminder to people of this list that it's poor etiquette to join an email discussion list with a challenge/response system turned on.

I would remove them if it were easy, but I have a hard time identifying challenge/response list members because I've already went through the challenge/response process before most people get to this list because of other newsletters that they are on also that I host.

Maria or others: Is there a way to truly whitelist a challenge/response account for a discussion list? Because the challenge/response is triggering based on the From: field of the sender of the message -- it would be difficult to do a blanket whitelist I would think.

Your thoughts?
