You can encode email addresses with the tool at 
http://www.wbwip.com/wbw/emailencoder.html

Then, in the HTML code for your pages, you need to substitute the
encoded version of anything that looks like me@xxxxxxxxxxxx, whether
it's visible on the web page or is part of the HREF. It's tedious, and
it only defeats some of the harvesters, but it's a lot better than
having the address out there naked. 

One thing, though. If you've had the unencoded email address(es) on your
web side for a while now, it's likely they're already in the lists that
spammers share. Thus, you'd be closing the gate after the horses are out
of the corral. The only solution is to kill those addresses and go with
new ones that start out encoded on your web site.
