<< The ones I really hate are the ones that use MY EMAIL address to send me a junk email. I don't know how to stop it, but I'd sure like to. It's obvious that if they are spamming ME with MY address, they are also spamming OTHERS with it, too. >> You can encode email addresses with the tool at http://www.wbwip.com/wbw/emailencoder.html Then, in the HTML code for your pages, you need to substitute the encoded version of anything that looks like me@xxxxxxxxxxxx, whether it's visible on the web page or is part of the HREF. It's tedious, and it only defeats some of the harvesters, but it's a lot better than having the address out there naked. One thing, though. If you've had the unencoded email address(es) on your web side for a while now, it's likely they're already in the lists that spammers share. Thus, you'd be closing the gate after the horses are out of the corral. The only solution is to kill those addresses and go with new ones that start out encoded on your web site.
