Thanks, Mark. I appreciate your help. However, the email address they use is 
not one that I have on my website. It is my normal email address that I use 
to communicate with people. Unfortunately, in the past I have signed up for 
newsletters using this address, so it's out there in multiple places. I've 
been contemplating changing my email address for normal communications and 
also adding one that is "subscriptions at" to manage my subscriptions 
better.
