Because the challenge/response is triggering based on the From: field of the sender of the message -- it would be difficult to do a blanket whitelist I would think.</snip> Well, here is what I try... 1) Because my y list is an double opt in I receive a note of some sort - I think the verifying note back - stating that their email address is being verified yada, yada, so I just don't verify, and they don't join. 2) Now for those who join, I see what their email list name is on the spam alert, and try what comes up before @**((alert.com or @**__assassin That works in 50% of the cases. Then I try part of their Verification address. If that doesn't work, I put them in Norton, so I don't get their info in my regular mail.
