Yep. http://www.deliverymonitor.com was the biggest.

I already had a very good handle on getting my mail delivered 
(did a product on it with Tom Kulzer recently) but even with 
that, I learned some interesting things in the process. Like 
the threshhold at which Yahoo starts dumping mail into the 
bulk folder even with no other triggers.

Most of this is long past 3 months ago for me. It hasn't 
changed that much recently, except for the way filters handle 
HTML mail.
