Howdy EPUB'rs,

This weeks EPUB discussion starter question:

        "As you reflect on 2004, which single strategy
        has helped you grow your new email subscriptions
        better than any other single strategy?"

If you have statistics or other numbers that helped you 'know' which method 
brought more subs than other strategies, that would be helpful as well.

For us, having a check box for our new clients or new guest authors to sign 
up to receive our newsletter made one of the biggest jumps in new organic 
subscription requests... but the all time highest list builder strategy for 
us this year was endorsement marketing where others referred us to their 
members.
