[epub] Free to Fee [was Re: Whether it is every ok to add subs without permission

About 1/2 of those "freebies" do subscribe.

I'm at wits end with the same time management challenge.

...cept the questions I get are already from members of my ezines.

A few emails a day I could handle, but 30-45 a day is just beyond my interest level.

Probably my own fault for not having tiered info products to offer them. Working on that.

My gut instinct is that I need to do what Michel Fortin did in terms of telling his audience that he is not accepting or able to reply to any emails for free advice unless the person is a member of his monthly paid discussion board.

I'd like to hear how other experts handle converting all of the freebie question asking that goes on without offending these folks and without giving dozens of hours a week of free consulting.

:)?
