I like it. There will be questions about the level of 
participation required and what constitutes "abuse," of 
course, but that's always going to be the case. More 
decisions, Sparkster. ;)

You might want to post some sort of guideline for people on 
the first part. That might help people decide if they want to 
stay active on the list or not. I suspect it'll stabilize 
below 250 members before regular participation from the 
majority will generate the desired mix of traffic/content.
