Jay, while I sadly have to agree with you on rates, there are
precious few alternatives for people outside the US and some
parts of Europe who want to accept online payments without
being eligible for an International merchant account.

iBill, PayPal and ClickBank are pretty much the only solutions
which have passed the acid test of time.
