I hate to perform a "me-too" post, but the fine doctor has hit
the proverbial nail on the head.

It is imperative for small and  large businesses alike to step up and
demonstrate true moral responsibility. Treat your customers with
respect and *honesty*.

If you attempt to put on airs and appear "more professional" than
you truly are (and by professional what I really mean is bigger),
then if and when your customer realizes this, they will feel betrayed
and let down.

Let your quality, work ethic, and true professionalism stand up to
the customer's test.
