It's about knowing the inner workings of your ideal client. ;)

My own unscientific study shows that if your ideal client are at home
business owners, then in general, the weekend is a great time to contact
them.

Many of the studies that I've seen done have been done by corporations who
deal with a wider variety of clients.

As a former executivem, the middle of the week is better to read messages.
If it was not read by Friday, it was discarded.  This way I started Monday
off "fresh".
