Hi Terry,

Lisa from EZezine.com here. I just wanted
to take a moment to address your concerns.

As we mentioned in our many support tickets
to you recently, and in our hours of phone support
with you, there is a simple way to save and load your template
into EZezine's HTML editor and edit it. Our team
will be glad to walk you through this again, if that
is what you choose.

Regarding your bounces, since you have been
using our service for over 1 year, most bad addresses
have been removed via our bounce manager. The
reason you're not seeing new bounces is the result
of your list being pretty clean at this point. V2.0 of
our software has even more rigorous bounce management,
so that moving your account to the new system will likely begin to
catch any lingering bounces in your list.

Wishing you the best of success in finding a solution
that will work for you,
lisa micklin

I am having problems with ezezine.com because of the editor they are using.
Since I use a graphic template, things keep shifting around and a 3 hour job
ends up taking me 10 hours +. And for some reason, I'm not getting bounced
messages anymore. Plus, they don't offer the ability to track open rates.
