[epub] Re: Looking for ezine program for non-techies
Lisa,

It's good to see you on this list.

Your support has been great and I appreciate that. If I could get further
help with the template, I would stick with your product. But even with the
past support, I have been unable to maintain the template structure, as I
had explained a while back when I contacted you. At that point, you said
that you could no longer help me with the problem and suggested I find
someone else to handle it.

But if you've changed your mind and are willing to work out these kinks, I
would be thrilled, because your product IS good, if only I could get these
problems resolved.

Recently, though, the editor has been very sluggish, so it's taken much
longer to pull together the newsletter. I asked support about that and was
reassured that the new version, which I need to migrate to, would solve
that.

It's good to know about the bounces and that my list is cleaned up. I only
wish now that you had the ability to track open rates.

At any rate, if you can help me with some of these problems, I would
certainly stick with ezezine.com

Regards,

Terry
