That could happen no matter what ESP you use ;)  What matters is
that you have a opt-in policy, and a good hosting company who
till check out the situation before removing you. 

Actually this brings up a good question for me to ask the hosting
company I'm looking to go with. i.e.  

"What is your policy regarding getting a "S" complaint. " I know
a few of my Ezine students whose have told me horror stories
about their ESP holding them hostage because of one complaint.
