Let?s say someone reports us for that ?s? thing because they
received a copy of our newsletter that they subscribed to.  

What would be a good policy for a hosting company to have?

I ask, because, based on other emails sent to the list this week,
I decided to wrote to the hosting company I?m thinking of moving
over to.  Their policy is that they send you an email, give you
24 hours notice, and if you don?t reply to the note, they remove
you.    I think as a policy and considering all the filters,
taking time off from the ?puter, vacations, etc. that isn?t a
good enough policy.

So what does our hosting company offer?
