Chris,

I average (net) 33% on the Directory of Ezines home page 
using one Instant Attention popup and one subscription form 
in the sales letter body.

I have seen name squeeze (or lead generation) pages that 
convert much higher, but their only purpose is to collect 
names, and I think that was not your question.
