[epub] Re: New MI and UT email compliance laws, July 1st enacted

Hi EPUB'rs,

I'm going to do a special edition of Ezine-Tips where I reference comments 
sent to the EPUB list about the new laws.  I'm only going to grab excerpts 
and will give full credit and links to each source. If you don't want to be

Thanks to everyone who sent in comments. I can only hope we'll be able to 
influence public opinion about the reform that must be addressed with the 
unintended consequences that happen when lawmakers fail to see the big picture.
