EPUB Archives [Thread Prev][Thread Next][Thread][epub] HTML ezine fixed width?
Epub'rs, How's your August going? I'm doing a Ezine-Tips issue on Thursday about how many pixels a person should fix their width when creating an HTML ezine template. Here's a sampling of what I found from my recently received ezines this week: Andrea J. Lee in Creating What Matters uses 433 pixels wide (left justified) Alexandria K. Brown, the EzineQueen uses 491 pixels wide (centered) Sirius Satellite Radio uses 538 pixels wide (left-justified) Christopher Guerriero of MaximizeYourMetabolism uses 557 pixels wide (centered) Red Hot Copy (Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero) uses 595 pixels wide (centered) Michael J. Katz's E-Newsletter uses 595 pixels wide (centered) Gary Ryan Blair's The GoalsGuy Newsletter uses 628 pixels wide (centered) eMarketer uses 790 pixels wide (centered)
1) What do you use for fixed width in pixels for your HTML ezine? 2) Any justification for when 100% or FULL WIDTH is justified? 3) Is eMarketer crazy for doing 790 pixels wide or does their early adopter technologic elite membership allow them to get away with it? Thanks!
