[epub] Peer Reviewed Ezine site?

EPUB'rs,

Are there any websites that you know of that are a pure peer-review 
of email newsletters?

We're considering flipping one of our projects from an ezine award 
site to a peer review site where you can vote and make constructive 
comments on various ezines, not to mention some more self-promotional 
opportunities. We couldn't justify the time to continue to produce 
the project in the old form, but in this new form we could help 
facilitate peer reviews that are constructive via moderation of each comment.
