24/7 Media (Nasdaq: TFSM) a global leader in multi-platform interactive marketing, announced it will sell its AwardTrack software division to Pass Privilege, Inc., a leading provider of advanced loyalty-management solutions and technology headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Financial details were not disclosed; however, 24/7 Media purchased AwardTrack for $75 million only three months ago.
